Do you allow for net 30 payment for online orders?

First time on-line customers are required to pay via credit card. If you would like to be set up on 30 day terms, click here for our credit application. Fill out and return to us via email at Info@sspkg.com or via fax at 216-383-1887. Once your credit is approved, we will contact you, and you can then begin to place orders online with 30 day credit terms.

Returns and Cancellations

How do I return merchandise or cancel my order?

Call Customer Service at 216-383-1880 or email us at info@sspkg.com. We will promptly resolve any issues. Refunds will be determined at the time of receipt of returned merchandise. We ask that the merchandise be returned in resellable condition.

Shipping and Delivery

Rush Shipments/Special Instructions

At checkout, please request UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air or Local Freight 1-2 Days. We will promptly take care of your needs. We also offer our local truck fleet in designated areas of northeast Ohio.  If you receive special discounts with a specific carrier, please reference this information in the special instructions box on your order.

UPS Shipping

UPS or Local Freight will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you. Cut off time for next day shipping is 12:00 p.m. EST.
